Qualifications:
Teen
*Must be between the ages of 11 and 19 on July 31, of the year of the
national contest.
Miss
*Must be between at least 19 and under 40 on December 31 of the year of
the national contest. May be Single or Divorced, May have children.
Mrs.
*Must be married.
